It's unbelievable that this day actually came. My last baby graduated from kindergarten and is moving on up in the world. This year flew by so much faster than I anticipated, and now Brooke will be in a grade with an actual number in front of it instead of a letter (you know, like a 1 and not a K...just to clarify).Brooke's teacher has been so sweet and patient with her this year. She said she has really seen Brooke mature so much throughout the year.
Brooke thought it was so cool to get to leave school so early without her brother so, Nathan and I took her to Chick-fil-a for breakfast. He went back to work while we finished getting stuff for the teacher gifts. And, of course, I made her take more pictures. She just looked so darn pretty!
Brooke, Mommy is soooooooo proud of you!!! I can't wait to see how much you learn in the first grade!
Brooke, Daddy is soooooooo proud of you!!! His little princess really is growing up! Nathan brought Brooke home some flowers for her graduation, and it was just too stinking sweet.
She said she wanted them in her room and picked the perfect spot on her shelf...Awww.
