COLE'S 2nd GRADE ASSEMBLY

Cole made Principal's List...An average of all A's (with an A being 93-100) for the whole school year! He did great last year as well but, we only lived here for the last 6 weeks of school.

One kid from each of the four 2nd grade classes was chosen to write a summary of the school year and read it out loud at the assembly. Cole's teacher chose him to do it! Wow! Cole actually forgot to do it so, I got a call from him during Brooke's graduation telling me take him home to do it. Uhhhhh...NO! I was so annoyed that he was interrupting Brooke's moment and just told him to go back to class. That boy was so lucky that Nathan had time to deal with him once Brooke was done because I might have laid into him right then and there in the lobby.

His story was a little bit cheesy but, he did so good reading out loud, on stage, into a microphone, and in front of all those people (see him in the video). He said he was a little nervous but, you couldn't tell one bit at all. I wish I could talk in front of people half as well as he did!

Cole, we are sooooooo proud of you and how well you do in school! We hope you always have a passion for learning even if you don't want to admit it that you really do love it just as much as sports and video games.
